Brother David Wise
Bethany Church voted to call for the ordination of Brother David Wise to the full work of the gospel ministry during conference April 19, 2015. The ordination is scheduled to be on Saturday afternoon, May 16, beginning at 3:00 p.m. as part of the May Communion Meeting. Supper will follow at 5:00 p.m. and worship at 6:30 p.m. as the Communion meeting continues. Bethany invites all ordained Primitive Baptist ministers and deacons to sit in the presbytery as we celebrate this special occasion. We invite all brothers and sisters in Christ to come and join us in this ordination, giving thanks that the Lord has called another young man into the ministry. Brother David is the son of Elder Larry Wise and wife, Sandra Wise. They had another son, Elder Jonathan Wise, who was ordained in March of 2014.
