A GOOD DAY by Elder David Montgomery
Can you make at least one good memory today? If you can then it’s a good day. Can you make two good memories? Then it’s a productive day. Can you do something nice for somebody? Then you’ve made it into a golden day. Can you love as you want to be loved? It’s now a royal day. Can you forgive a wrong someone did to you? Then it’s become a Christian day. Can you remember Jesus and offer up one more prayer? Then it’s now the day of salvation. All these are things you can do and if you do them, the Lord may bless you to do the things you can’t do now. The impossible may soon become possible by doing the things that are possible now. Don’t spend this day in despair; spend it better than that. The circumstances may be bad but it can still be a good day for “One day in his courts is better than a thousand beside.â€
“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24)
